  Accident and Emergency

Alexandra District Hospital does not operate a registered accident and emergency service.                                                                        

If hospital staff assess you as requiring emergency treatment, a doctor will be called.

 

There is only one doctor on call between Alexandra and Yea Hospitals on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The private Doctor will charge you for the attendance.
