Essential Criteria for inclusion on the Hume Wide Maternity Services Directory.

1. Provide a service that is integral to the pathway for birthing women in the continuum from antenatal through to post natal services.

2. The applicant must be endorsed by membership of a professional organisation. Evidence of this membership and insurance must be supplied. Approved associations are –

Australian College of Midwives Incorporated
State Medical Practitioners Board
Department of Human Services
Approved Incorporated Not for Profit Organisations
Affiliated Medical College
Association for Australian Rural Nurses
Australian Association of Social Workers
Australian Physiotherapy Association
Australian Psychological Society
State College of Lactation Consultants
Midwives in Private Practice
OT Australia
District Nursing Service
